About the Client

Dubai Sports Council is a major sports organization focused on supporting, regulating, and developing sports initiatives, institutions, and related programs in Dubai and the wider region.

Project Overview

A controlled evaluation workflow for registration, eligibility, scoring, and archive management

MBR Award Evaluation System was developed as a custom internal platform to manage the full operational workflow of participant registration, eligibility checking, scoring, evaluation, exclusion tracking, archive organization, and structured administrative review within an award-based environment. The platform was designed to centralize participant and organization records, improve control over evaluation stages, and provide administrators with a more reliable and organized environment for handling award operations from initial registration through long-term archive management.

The Challenge

The award process required a more structured and reliable way to handle participant data, validate eligibility, manage incomplete or excluded cases, track scoring results, organize records from different entities, and maintain clear administrative control over evaluation and archive workflows. The challenge was not only to record applications, but to support the full administrative lifecycle of the award process in a controlled environment where qualification status, scoring progress, exclusions, and historical records could all be managed with greater accuracy and visibility.

The Solution

A centralized internal system was built to support the full evaluation lifecycle, from registration and eligibility review to scoring, exclusion tracking, archive management, and reporting. The platform gave administrators a clear dashboard-based view of operational status while organizing participant and organization records in a structured and controlled way. Instead of relying on fragmented handling across separate records or manual follow-up, the system brought the main award-management functions into one connected workflow. This made it easier to review applications, identify qualified and incomplete cases, track excluded participants, monitor evaluation progress, and maintain long-term control over archived records.

What Made the Project Special

This project stands out because it combines evaluation logic, operational control, and long-term record organization within one structured internal platform. Rather than functioning as a simple registration or scoring tool, it supports the full administrative lifecycle of award management in a more reliable, organized, and scalable way.
