Modular Operations Management System for Gaming & Billiard Centers
The system was developed for gaming and billiard venues that need a clearer way to manage tables, consoles, gaming PCs, active sessions, reservations, billing, add-ons, and daily operations from one structured platform.
Gaming & Billiard Center Management System was developed as a custom web-based operations platform for gaming and billiard centers. The system centralizes live resource availability, active session timers, reservations, billing, add-ons, and daily revenue tracking in one dashboard. It was built with a modular structure, allowing a business to start with billiard management and later expand into snooker, PlayStation, gaming PCs, loyalty programs, tournaments, online booking, and advanced reports.
Gaming and billiard centers often struggle because daily operations depend on manual timing, verbal reservations, scattered notes, and separate billing processes. Without a clear live view, staff may not know which table, console, or PC is available, occupied, reserved soon, or under maintenance. This creates confusion, inaccurate timing, billing mistakes, missed add-ons, and weak visibility over daily revenue. The challenge was to build one practical system that controls availability, sessions, reservations, billing, and business growth without forcing every center to pay for unnecessary features from day one.
A custom web-based management platform was developed to support gaming and billiard center operations from live availability to final billing. The system enables staff to manage billiard tables, snooker tables, PlayStation consoles, gaming PCs, and other bookable resources from one dashboard. Active sessions can be started and ended directly from the platform, while timers calculate usage duration and billing amounts automatically. The billing workflow connects session time with add-ons such as drinks, snacks, and extra services. A modular licensing structure was also implemented, allowing each business to activate only the game types and features it needs, then expand as operations grow.
What makes this project especially strong is that it was not built as a fixed billiard-only system. It was structured as a modular operations platform that can start small and grow with the business. The same core system can support billiard tables, snooker tables, PlayStation rooms, gaming PCs, add-ons, billing, reservations, loyalty, tournaments, online booking, and advanced reports. This makes the platform commercially flexible and operationally practical for different types of entertainment venues.

Allows staff to start, monitor, and end sessions with automatic usage-time calculation.
Handles reservations with start time, end time, status control, and prevention of overlapping bookings for the same resource.
Calculates billing based on session duration, hourly price, add-ons, discounts, and payment method.
Products such as drinks, snacks, and extra services can be added to the session and included in the final invoice.
Provides clearer daily income visibility across sessions, products, resource usage, and completed payments.
The system can start with billiard management and expand into snooker, PlayStation, gaming PCs, and future activities.
Businesses can activate only the modules they need, such as loyalty, tournaments, online booking, waiting list, or advanced reports.
Gaming & Billiard Center Management System improves operational control, reduces manual tracking, increases billing accuracy, and gives business owners clearer visibility over daily revenue and resource usage. Staff can manage sessions faster, avoid timing mistakes, track add-ons, and generate invoices from one structured dashboard. The modular model also creates a practical business advantage: centers can start with the features they need today and expand only when their operations grow.
